We lose an hour this weekend. And this adjustment is always the hard one. Especially for two little boys who don’t really understand how time works.
So we’ve been pre-adjusting this week. Instead of their usual 8-8:30 bedtime, we’ve been hitting the bed at 7:45ish. And hopefully this mini adjustment helps them when we officially change the clocks on Sat night.
I’ve also been trying to sleep earlier, even taking melatonin to help me fall asleep earlier. I figure if I can get in a few nights of falling asleep around 10:30 instead of 11-11:30, I’ll be in good shape when we lose an hour!
